Refund Policy

At Surron Ride, we are committed to providing a transparent and secure shopping experience for all our customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• The order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.
• The product has not yet been dispatched.
• The product arrives damaged or defective (proof required).

Shipping Time & Maximum Dispatch Period

If the motorbike is not dispatched within 20 days from the order confirmation date, the customer will be automatically notified via the email address provided at checkout.

The customer will then be given the option to:

• Place a new order, or
• Receive a full (100%) refund of the amount paid.

If no response is received within the stated notification period, we reserve the right to proceed with an automatic 100% refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence for verification. Once confirmed, a replacement or full refund will be offered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
