The Surron itself is fantastic — powerful, lightweight, and an absolute blast on the trails. The only downside was the delivery time. My bike arrived about a week later than expected, and I had to reach out twice for updates. That said, the support team was polite and eventually resolved everything, but I hope they improve the delivery schedule in the future
